Delete your account

In effect as of September 8, 2026.

In the app

1. Open Family → Settings and privacy.
2. Export your history if you want to keep it.
3. Choose Delete my account and review the confirmation.

A connection is needed to complete server deletion. If it fails, the app displays an error so you can retry.

Family scope

The responsible caregiver removes the household and its shared records from the server. Another caregiver removes their membership and their own household records. Access and recovery are revoked; local data is cleared on the requesting phone.

PDFs already sent and copies downloaded by other caregivers cannot be recalled remotely. An offline device may retain a copy until it synchronizes. Production backup retention must be defined before release.

Without the old phone

If you saved a recovery secret, recover on another device and delete there. You can also contact hola@intestina.app. Do not email photos, child data or your recovery secret. Accounts are not linked to email in this version; the alternative ownership-verification process must be completed before release.
